Cancellation & Refunds

Our Commitment
We believe in complete transparency. Every pre-order placed for Vijayebhav is fully refundable under the conditions listed below. We will never hold your money if you are not satisfied with the terms of your pre-order.
1. Pre-Order Cancellation
You may cancel your Vijayebhav pre-order within 14 days of placing it for a full refund of ₹2,500. After 14 days and until the ship date, cancellations are still accepted at our discretion — please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
How to cancel: Email support@vijayebhav.com with the subject line "Pre-order Cancellation" and include your registered name and email address.
2. Missed Ship Date Guarantee
If Vijayebhav does not ship by Q3 2026 (September 30, 2026) and you wish to cancel as a result, you are entitled to a full refund of ₹2,500 — no questions asked. Simply email us and we will process your refund within 7 business days.
3. Refund Process
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used at checkout.
- UPI refunds typically reflect within 1–3 business days after processing.
- Card refunds may take 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
- We will send you a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
4. Post-Dispatch Cancellations
Once your device has been dispatched, cancellations are not accepted as the product is in transit. However, you may return the device under our return policy (Section 5 below).
5. Returns (Post-Delivery)
We accept returns in the following cases:
- Defective device: If your Vijayebhav device is defective on arrival or stops functioning within 30 days of delivery, we will replace it or issue a full refund. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a description and photos of the defect.
- Wrong item delivered: If you receive a product different from what was ordered, we will arrange pickup and send the correct item at no cost to you.
- Damaged in transit: If the device arrives physically damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace it or issue a full refund.
We do not accept returns for change of mind after the device has been delivered and found to be in working condition.
6. How to Request a Refund or Return
Email support@vijayebhav.com or call +91 9630488763 with:
- Your registered name and email address
- Reason for cancellation, return, or refund
- Photos (if applicable — damaged or defective device)
We will confirm receipt of your request within 1–2 business days.
7. Non-Refundable Situations
- Cancellation requests made after the device has been dispatched (return process applies instead)
- Damage caused by misuse, accidental drops, or water damage after delivery
- Devices with tampered or broken seals not caused by us
