2. Pre-Order Nature

Vijayebhav is currently a pre-order product. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving a unit at the early-bird price of ₹2,500. This is not a purchase of an immediately deliverable product.

• The estimated ship date is Q3 2026 (July – September 2026).
• Your early-bird price is locked in regardless of future retail price changes.
• Final product specifications may vary slightly from early renders and descriptions.
• We will communicate any significant changes to pre-order customers via email.

3. Payment

Pre-order payments are processed securely at the time of placing your order. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking through our payment gateway. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Your payment information is handled by our payment gateway partner and is never stored on our servers. Neurosattva Technologies Private Limited is PCI-DSS compliant through our gateway.

4. Refund Guarantee

Refund requests must be submitted to support@vijayebhav.com. Please refer to our Cancellation and Refunds Policy for full details.

5. Delivery

We currently ship only within India. Delivery is free for all pre-orders. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, logos, product designs, and software — is the exclusive property of Neurosattva Technologies Private Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neurosattva Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the pre-order of Vijayebhav. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your pre-order (₹2,500).

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to pre-order customers via their registered email address. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
