Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time. We ship to all states and union territories across India, including but not limited to Delhi, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, West Bengal, Gujarat, and Rajasthan.

2. Shipping Cost

Free shipping is included for all Vijayebhav pre-orders. There are no additional delivery charges — the ₹2,500 pre-order price is the total amount you pay.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeline

Vijayebhav is a pre-order product with an estimated ship date of Q3 2026 (July – September 2026). Once your device is dispatched:

  • Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, etc.): 3–5 business days
  • Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities: 5–8 business days
  • Remote areas and union territories: 7–12 business days

You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. We will also send you an advance notification email approximately 2 weeks before dispatch begins.

4. Delivery Address

Your device will be shipped to the address you provided at the time of pre-order. Please ensure your address, PIN code, and contact number are accurate. We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.

To update your delivery address before dispatch, email us at support@vijayebhav.com with the subject line "Address Update" and your registered email / name. Address changes must be requested at least 30 days before the ship date.

5. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time. If you do not receive a tracking email within 48 hours of our dispatch notification, please check your spam folder or contact us.

6. Damaged or Lost in Transit

  • Damaged on arrival: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged packaging and device. We will arrange a replacement unit or full refund at no additional cost.
  • Lost in transit: If your tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days, contact us and we will initiate an investigation with the courier. If confirmed lost, we will dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund.

7. Delays

While we aim to meet our Q3 2026 ship date, unforeseen circumstances (supply chain disruptions, manufacturing delays, etc.) may cause delays. We will proactively communicate any change in the ship date to all pre-order customers via email. If the ship date is missed and you wish to cancel, you are entitled to a full refund — see our Cancellation and Refunds Policy.
